Key Features of WebInc

Enhanced incident entry

When entering a new Incident, a User will select a location and then select from several database-driven listbox form controls that provide standard information. Users then create entries for relevant Offenders, Victims, and Witnesses. An Incident narrative is then provided and (optional) digital image and supporting documents are uploaded. The case is then submitted for Supervisory Review.
Supervisory personnel may now review the case and make audited changes, corrections, and additions. Once the Incident has been approved, no further changes may be made to the original case and the information is now available to authenticated Users. As follow-up information becomes available, WebInc provides audited database storage for these items in the Supplemental History section.

Robust search

WebInc has a powerful search engine that helps you filter results on more than 20 separate criteria. Quickly search for all Incidents at a given location or narrow your search by date range, vehicle manufacturer, name (Offender, Victim, Witness), or partial social security number. You may even search narrative keywords or the name of the WebInc User that reported, submitted, or approved the Incident.

Manage banned persons

The Banned Persons module helps you manage current and historically banned persons at your locations. A click of the mouse gives you a summary report of all Banned Persons and the option of printing a BOLO report for local law-enforcement agencies. WebInc provides a comprehensive set of criteria for executing Banned Person searches as well as attribute files such as digital images and uploaded supporting documents.

Real-time incident reporting and charting

With a few mouse clicks, all-inclusive reports give you pertinent, meaningful data to help predict future occurrences thereby maximimzing prevention efforts at your locations. Feel more comfortable with Excel or have a favorite analysis tool? Then use our Data Download functionality to create an unlimited number of named searches in which you define the criteria and download the results. FBI Uniform Part I & II statistical summaries roundout the powerful WebInc reporting capabilities.

Control of information

WebInc provides a rich set of granular User permission attributes in an easy to use Administrative control panel. User accounts may be managed by global System Administrators or Local Property Administrators. You decide what permissions to grant your Users such as Approval, Read Only, and Impairment processing.

Nationwide security alerts

Important Security Alerts grouped by Unlawful Activity, National Security, or Management Directives may be created and disseminated to your User base at your discretion. Authenticated Users will see relevant Security Alerts for their locations scroll across the screen upon successful login.

Property inspections management

If your company conducts property inspections, WebInc includes a module that enables your Users to document the inspection and create any number of Inspection Action Items. Each Action Item may be followed up on by local property personnel and an email reminder engine helps ensure that items are not forgotten.

Impairment processing and tracking

An Impairment occurs when any fire suppression device or process is disabled, effectively reducing a location’s fire suppression capability. WebInc provides an automated software process to log, manage and follow up on Impairments that have been created but not closed. Automatic electronic delivery of Impairment activity is communicated between your locations, impairment service providers, and insurance carriers.
