WebDar is just plain simple to maintain. Dispatchers log in to update the application and they are ready to enter Dispatch Activity Records. Dispatch center backups are a thing of the past. The centralized database servers automatically back up all data and perform routine maintenance tasks each and every day.

WebDar is designed to display all dispatch-related information in a clear and efficient manner. No wasted space, extra forms, or latency compared to Web-based applications. Many form controls utilize pre-filled drop-down lists, keeping data entry standardized and to a minimum. Dispatchers may also view all transactions without a Disposition Code and may close them with a single click.

A Dispatcher can move from one PC to another without any intervention from your IT support team. At log in, WebDar connects to a centralized server, delivers the program via the Internet, and displays all dispatch-related activity for a Dispatcher’s location. WebDar provides local reporting for a given location. The Dispatcher can view Daily Activity Summary reports and see a report of dispatch entries that do not have a Disposition Code. When used in conjunction with WebInc, select Incident and Banned Person searches are available directly in WebDar

WebDar allows Users to search the database for Activity Types, Names, Location Codes, and License Plates. Dispatch Activity Categories include Assist, Crime, Equipment Malfunction, Improper Conduct, Weapons Offense and others giving you a rich set recordable categories across the enterprise.

WebDar helps you efficiently manage the maintenance tasks at your property locations. Items such as unserviceable equipment, electrical malfunctions, gas/water leaks, and others may be recorded in WebDar and the application automatically generates email notices to property management personnel. The application then monitors these items for accurate and timely resolution.
